Barack Obama finally wins the race of US President Election and become the firts ever black president of the United States in US history. He unequivocally defeated his rival MCain by securing more than 270 electoral votes, a winning post to be a president according to US Election's rule. He will be inaugurated as the 44th US president on January 20, 2009.Instead of cheering to welcome Obama's win-like many people are doing today-i am saying to my heart "here come 'a true friend of Israel' wins the election!"
"I am a true friend of Israel", that was Obama said during his campaign that make me change my sympathy-if i could say my support-to him, moreover when he said that Israel has a legitimate claim on Jerussalem and support it to become a capital of Israel. By saying this, Obama clearly says that he support the occupation of Israel on Palestine.
I am also skeptical of his commitment to draw US troops from Iraq, as now US military in Iraq are negotiating what is called SOFA (Status of Forces Agreement) in which US ask Iraq government to allow its troops stays longer until 2011 in that country.
so what Obama's win mean to Islamic world ? can he make changes on US foreign policies-as his jargon on his campaign "Change We Need"- mainly in Muslim world? I dont know if US Muslims who voted for Obama did aware about this matter. I do understand that they have no other choice. They have to choose between "two evils" but ... what changes we expect from someone who clearly says "I am a true friend of Israel."

ReplyDeleteI think Jewish people has always been influencing the U.S policies. They have the power of money. I won't be wonder if you constitution chanes one day and a muslim could run as a president. you may hear that than muslim will say i am a true freind of Israel.
Anyhow, lets back to here: to Afghanistan.
I just wanted each one of them running the U.S, solve our proplem, our suffers and obstacles.
Lets see what the ture freinds of everyone does after 20 Jan 09.

OK, what if people be united and make a powerful unity?
In that case, they have to follow people and not the Zionists.
Now, the US strategists may think of stopping possible unrests like what happened in France and other European countries by assigning a black Muslim to power.
That, by itself, means the power of people and how powerful it can be.
Therefore, although we accept that US policy is still under influence of Zionism, but don't forget that power of people is greater and above all, power of Allah is the greatest, and we should not take Zionism so powerful and undefeatable...
People of the world should get united to destroy Zionism as the root cause of all oppressions in the world.

I don't think much will change, he is a president of the US government after all. He may be better then McCain, but he is not friend or protector of the Muslims. He went out of his way to make it clear he was not a Muslim and that he had no dealing with Muslim or any of his Muslim family.

ReplyDeleteAS mengajukan SOFA karena akhir Desember nanti mandatnya di Iraq yang diberikan PBB akan habis. Di SOFA AS berjanji akan menarik pasukannya secara bertahap sampai 2011, entah apa lagi yang bakal dilakukan AS tahun 2011 nanti, untuk mencari-cari alasan supaya tetep bisa menjajah Iraq dan mencuri sumber minyak Iraq ...:)

Kalau di bukunya Knights of christ, knights of templar dikatakan bahwa setiap orang yang menjadi presiden di AS adalah orang yang memang didukung oleh Israel.
